Will works primarily as a trial attorney at MGLAW.  He has tried over twenty matters (both jury and bench trials), arbitrated several matters, and mediated countless more. In addition to trying cases before courts and arbitration panels, Will has also represented clients in hearings before licensure boards and inter-organization hearing panels. Due to his unique work experience with the State of Tennessee, Will has also helped numerous clients with issues with the State, ranging from nonprofit dissolutions/mergers to investigations by different departments of the State. In addition to his trial work, Will has represented clients before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Before joining MGLAW, Will served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr., Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. After his clerkship, Will served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Special Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Tennessee, where he represented the State as counsel to the Governor, the Speakers of the House and Senate, Justices of the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Coordinator of Elections, and other state officials in high-profile litigation matters in state and federal courts.
