Will works primarily in the firm's litigation group and represents businesses in complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. He has over five years experience representing clients in complex litigation matters covering a wide variety of business disputes as well as unique, non-business litigation.
Before joining MGLAW, Will served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr., Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. After his clerkship, Will served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Special Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Tennessee, where he represented the State as counsel to the Governor, the Speakers of the House and Senate, Justices of the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Coordinator of Elections, and other state officials in high-profile litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Currently, Will serves on the board of directors of the Jason Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating parents, teachers, and students about the silent epidemic of teen suicide. Will is also a member of the American, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations.
