Robin represents debtors, creditors, and committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings.  She has substantial experience in defending preference and fraudulent conveyance actions, as well as cash collateral and stay relief matters.

Many of Robin's clients are small to medium-sized companies that face financial difficulties. She spends significant time with business management to analyze and understand the causes of problems and to determine management's goals. Then, she guides the company to create and implement the most cost-effective solution, which may include seeking additional financing, working deals with creditors, or seeking relief under Chapter 11.

Robin is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and is approved as a Rule 31 Mediator by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.  She was included in the Best Lawyers in America for 2010, named Best of the Bar in Business Bankruptcy by the Nashville Business Journal in 2008 and 2009, and was included in Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2008 and 2009.
