Mark focuses his practice on business litigation and bankruptcy. He represents business clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, employment disputes, and conflicts between owners, shareholders, and managers. Mark also assists debtors, creditors, and other parties involved in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. This includes seeking automatic stay relief, pursuing preference and fraudulent transfer actions, and plan confirmation.
Mark graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2011, where he was a Notes Editor for the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and a member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Mark worked as a Policy Advisor for the Washington, D.C.-based think tank Third Way and as a Legislative Correspondent for Congressman Jim Cooper. He received his undergraduate degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in 2005, where he was also a member of the varsity men's golf team. Mark and his wife are active members of their church in Green Hills and dedicated Vanderbilt sports fans.
