Dan Lins concentrates his practice in the areas of business bankruptcy and business litigation, representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, both in and out of court. Dan often represents businesses, business owners, and guarantors in breach of contract and business tort actions in state and federal court. He represents borrowers and lenders in complex commercial collection disputes. And in bankruptcy court, Dan represents debtors and creditors in contested matters such as avoidance and claim litigation, stay relief, plan confirmation, and discovery disputes. Dan also defends employers in discrimination actions before the EEOC and in federal court.
Before joining MGLAW, Dan served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and as Editor-in-Chief of the Wake Forest Law Review.
