Dan represents businesses in a wide range of disputes, both in and out of court, in matters ranging from complex litigation in state and federal court to adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Dan received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was Editor-In-Chief of the Wake Forest Law Review. While in law school, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research & Writing and authored "Int'l Bancorp: The Fourth Circuit Gambles with Service Marks Rendered in Foreign Commerce", 2005 Wake Forest Intell. Prop. L.J. 26 (Winter 2005).
Before joining MGLAW, Dan served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee. Dan is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
