Allison works primarily in the firm's insolvency practice area, representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings and in out-of-court workouts. Allison received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. During her time at the University of Tennessee, Allison was awarded for Excellent Achievement in Environmental Law. She was also an SBA At-Large Representative, a member of the Law School Community Committee and a part of the ADR Project.
Currently, Allison is a member of the Nashville Bar Association (Chair Membership Subcommittee and Bankruptcy Court Committee), Tennessee Bar Association (Bankruptcy and Business Law Sections), American Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Tennessee Chapter of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation ("IWIRC").
