We believe in…

From MGLAW’s first day in business, our goal has been to solve complicated business problems in a manner that is as professionally and personally rewarding as possible. We try to have it all – solving tough problems for great clients, being the best there is in our areas of practice, having fun in the office, and having a life with our families and friends. Here are some of the ways we try to make our goal a reality.

Focus

We focus on our core business law practice areas – insolvency, litigation and planning. We feel like we are at our best when we are guiding clients through difficult problems where our experience and know-how will make the difference between being lost and creating a path to success.

We are not one-stop shopping. If a matter is not something at which we excel, we would rather refer the matter to another firm. When we accept a representation, we believe it involves problems where our skills will lead to an outstanding result.

People

Our people share some common traits. Throughout our firm, we place an emphasis on good people who work well in teams. Solving tough problems requires being book smart; but that can’t be all we bring to the table. Without the practicality to know what the law means in the real world, and without the ability to share that wisdom effectively, we cannot guide our clients.

Our people collaborate to find the best answers. Our people take the initiative because solutions are out there – but they won’t find you. We will show you the way.

Looking Forward

We keep our eye on the future, on our goal. How we achieve it has more to do with the future than the past. We won’t sacrifice our beliefs for short-term gain. We stay on the lookout for ways to reinvent ourselves to stay on the cutting edge and on task for ourselves and our clients. Let us know how we can help you.
