What We Offer
MGLAW's compensation and benefits are in the top tier of the Nashville market. For 2008, the firm offers first-year associates a starting salary of $100,000. The firm also provides medical insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, free parking, and a BlackBerry wireless device. The firm covers all professional fees, continuing legal education costs, and membership fees for the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association. For first-year lawyers, the firm provides tuition for a bar review course, and pays all bar exam and bar admission fees.
