C. Daniel Lins Named 2009 MGLAW Pro Bono Service Award Winner

MGLAW is pleased to announce that Dan Lins has been selected as the winner of the 2009 MGLAW Pro Bono Service Award.  In 2008 and 2009, Dan worked on behalf of a group of Latino workers who alleged that they had been denied equal pay, arrested, and threatened with deportation, to successfully obtain relief from the automatic stay in the bankruptcy case of their former employer filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
