Robert J. Mendes Published in Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law

A collection of essays by Bob Mendes, entitled “Bankruptcy Practice in Tennessee” has been published in the Spring 2009 edition of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.  The article focuses on the issues of deepening insolvency, cramdown interest rates, and the impact of the Supreme Court’s Till decision on those interest rates in Chapter 11. Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law is law journal produced by the students and faculty of the University of Tennessee College of Law that focuses on topical issues and legal developments of interest to the business bar.
