Allison E. Batts Joins MGLAW’s Insolvency Section

MGLAW is pleased to announce that Allison Batts has joined the firm's Insolvency Section as an Associate. She will practice in the areas of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts, and creditors' rights.

Allison earned her law degree in 2005 from the University of Tennessee, where she was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and Dean's List. During law school, she worked in the Mediation Clinic and served as SBA at-large representative. Allison earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Auburn University in 2001.
